Reps connects players, parents, and trainers. Everyone on the platform shares responsibility for keeping it safe, respectful, and focused on training. This Code of Conduct sets the standard we expect of every account. It works alongside our Terms & Conditions; where the two overlap, the Terms govern.
1. Treat People With Respect
Reps is used by athletes, families, and coaches. We expect every interaction to be professional and respectful.
•No harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation of any player, parent, trainer, or staff member.
•No discrimination or hateful conduct based on race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic.
•No sexual, exploitative, or predatory behavior. Interactions involving minors must remain strictly training-related and appropriate at all times.
2. Represent Yourself Honestly
•Provide accurate information on your profile and keep it current.
•Do not impersonate another person, trainer, or organization.
•Trainers must represent their credentials, services, and rates truthfully.
3. Keep Content Appropriate
•Do not post or share content that is illegal, obscene, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights.
•Only upload media you have the right to share. Do not share another user's private information without consent.
•Content involving minors must be limited to legitimate training purposes.
4. Use the Platform As Intended
•Do not attempt to exploit, manipulate, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform or its payment systems.
•Do not use Reps to spam, solicit outside the platform's intended purpose, or circumvent platform fees.
•Report bugs, safety concerns, or abuse to our support team rather than exploiting them.
5. Safety and Reporting
If you experience or witness a violation of this Code, contact us through the Support page. We review reports and may act on them at our discretion.
6. Consequences
Violating this Code may result in content removal, warnings, or temporary or permanent suspension of your account, depending on severity. Conduct that is illegal or that endangers a minor may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
