The basketball training app for players, parents, and trainers

Most training apps are built for one person. Basketball development involves three: the player putting in the work, the parent paying for it, and the trainer guiding it. Reps connects all three in one app.

For Players

Every day has a plan. Players follow their trainer's training plan or a Reps plan, work through daily basketball drills, and film their reps for feedback between sessions.

For Parents

Parents aren't in the gym, but they should still see the work. Reps shows parents training progress, session notes, and evaluation results in one place, instead of scattered texts and payment apps.

For Trainers

Reps runs the business side of private training so trainers can coach. Book sessions, collect payment through Stripe, assign plans, review video, and run player evaluations, all from one app.

How Reps Works

Reps follows the way private basketball training already happens, and fills the gaps between sessions.

Built Around Real Training Weeks

Youth players don't need a seven-day grind. Reps plans are built around five training days with off days built in, so players build a habit without burning out. Drills come with a demo, quick instructions, and a target number of reps or minutes, so a player training alone in the driveway knows exactly what a good rep looks like.

For players getting ready for AAU tryouts, high school ball, or a new season, that structure is the difference between "I practiced" and "I practiced the right things." Every finished drill is logged, every video is saved, and every evaluation becomes a baseline for the next one.

What It Costs

Reps is free to download and use. Reps Essentials ($25/month, or $20/month billed yearly) unlocks the full drill library and training features, with a 7-day free trial for new members. Players who train with a coach can also join that coach's Reps Pro, Pro+, or Pro Max plan for more accountability: day-by-day plans, faster video review, and monthly targets.

Trainers pay no monthly fee. Reps keeps 10% of session payments, and that covers card processing. Full details are on the pricing page.

Safe For Young Athletes

Most Reps players are kids, so privacy is built in rather than added later. Reps is COPPA-compliant, accounts for young players are parent-approved, and training videos and data are encrypted. Payments run through Stripe, so card details never sit on Reps servers.

How Reps Compares

Some basketball apps are built for players training alone. Others sell plans from big-name trainers. Reps is built around the relationship between a player, their parents, and their own trainer. See how it stacks up against Ball AI and Blueprints Basketball.
